Logos Technologies, Inc: (subcontractor) Logos Technologies provides state of the art Research and Development for Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems to include the Logos developed Kestrel System. This support includes operational field support, targeting analysts, system integration, and logistics support worldwide. Logos also provides Advanced R&D to DARPA. Lastly, Logos performs cyber security related work that includes R&D, Operations and Sustainment for threat actor intelligence, tactics and techniques.

Alion Science and Technology: (subcontractor) Alion delivers complete ship design, engineering and naval architecture service supporting the US Navy and Coast Guard as well as commercial, civil and foreign ship and marine related requirements. Their engineering support covers all critical ship systems: propulsion, electrical, fluids/piping, auxiliary, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), deck machinery, underway replenishment (UNREP) and machinery automation & control. Alion provides expertise for machinery integration, test and trials, failure analysis, modeling & simulation, integrated logistics support (ILS) solutions and owner representation. They support the US Navy through a number of federal contracts, including the SeaPort MAC and SeaPort Enhanced MAC.

AQUAS, Inc: (subcontractor) is a woman-owned, small disadvantaged business honored in 2007 as the State of Maryland’s Top Minority Business Enterprise. They offer BPR, Data Management and Analysis, Knowledge Management, and Internet Applications. AQUAS develops web-based applications and constructs Rapid Application Development (RAD) prototypes to support proofs of concept. Dedicated to open systems connectivity, they offer expertise in J2EE environments, JSP and WebLogic Server, Portal applications, and XML portability. The Aquas staff is also proficient in ASP, HTML, Javascript, Java, C++, ColdFusion and Dreamweaver and provide expertise in ePlanet, Broadvision and Vignette products.

AgemO: (subcontractor) Agemo artfully blends talent and skill to help the IC and DOD agencies build systems in order to defend and strengthen its Cyber Security Initiatives and Information Assurance Services. Agemo provides highly trained professionals to support customers, surpass objectives and remain cost effective.

W3r: (subcontractor) w3r is an 8a certified IT consulting firm who has been servicing Fortune 1000 companies and the Federal Government for over 18 years. They have provid Business Intelligence solutions, ETL, Data Warehousing/Architecture, Disaster Recovery, Enterprise Application Architecture (SOA), and Custom Application Development using J2EE and.Net) for clients including Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and the Veterans Administration.

Countermeasures Assessment & Security Experts (CASE): (subcontractor) CASE is a certified 8a organization that provides public safety, emergency management and security solutions to federal, state and local governments. Areas of expertise include custom software application development, system integration, risk management and analysis tool development, security planning, cyber security and security system design services. CASE also conducts in-depth security related research into complex issues and provides security education and training for federal agencies.

SeaPort-e QA Program

The Team Perfecta Quality Assurance (QA) Program is based on our corporate best practices, tailored to ensure that all deliverables conform to format and content standards and reflect a technical level of excellence exceeds our client’s expectations.   Team Perfecta ensures a customer focused process to manage and continually improve subcontractor relationships.  Processes to be used as controls for our SeaPort-e Quality Assurance efforts follow our corporate core set which includes defining QA requirements through QA plans and procedures, collecting requisite data and reporting in accordance with SeaPort-e requirements.  These QA processes are summarized by the following three core tenets:

  • Documented QA procedures in place for all projects and programs;
  • All QA activities under the SeaPort-e contract will be overseen by the Team Perfecta SeaPort-e PM; and
  • Structured client feedback procedures are customized to ensure our clients expectations of quality performance are exceeded.  Our staff and team will conduct evaluations and report on quality during each program review.

The Team Perfecta QA plan is ISO 9001 certified.
